1980年石川県生まれ。国立高岡短期大学で木材工芸を専攻。2000年卒業、家具工房に就職し3年間勤務の後、酒蔵に転職し7年間蔵人として過ごすが、脳性麻痺の男性との出会いをきっかけに、2010年から箸factory宮bowとして手の不自由な人のために箸職人として活動を始める。その一方で、木工作家としても全国の百貨店やギャラリーなどで個展を開催している。

Born in Ishikawa,Japan in 1980.
Graduated from the Department of Woodworking Craft at Takaoka National College in 2000. Worked for furniture workshop for 3 years and spend 7 years at sake brewing company.
Miyabo met a man with cerebral palsy. He couldn't use any chopsticks and that gave Miyabo a great shock. Miyabo decided to make chopsticks for physically handicapped persons and established chopsticks workshop ,Miyabow, in 2010. Miyabo also makes arts and crafts and held solo exhibitions at galleries and department stores in Japan as a wood craft artist.
